This initiative addresses our city's severe water crisis, by bringing together expert and creative minds to co-create sustainable solutions. With dam levels critically low and Category D water restrictions in place, now is the time for all of us to be bold in innovative action! 

Our collaborative partnership with the City of Windhoek Department of Infrastructure, Water & Technical Services, harnesses creativity, innovation, and optimism to tackle this urgent issue. This event will feature a holistic approach including a two-day social hackathon designed to raise awareness, engage stakeholders, and drive meaningful action. Together, we’ll explore how our city, Windhoek, can lead the Global South in smart and sustainable water management – transforming this crisis into an opportunity for lasting change!
